At America Online, Inc. she designed, developed and launched AOL's college internship program, hiring over 100 interns in its first year. In America Online, Inc. HR management, she coached hundreds of employees at all levels of the organization in areas such as career development, employee relations and retention, communicating effectively, training and development and organizational effectiveness.
